Our Preparation & Shipping Schedule

We prepare orders six days a week. All orders are shipped or delivered as soon as they are ready, subject to carrier availability or local delivery arrangements. There is no fixed weekly shipping day.

• Small orders — up to 4 candles: $15. Preparation takes 1–2 preparation days before shipping.
• Large orders — 5 or more candles: $25. Preparation takes 2–3 preparation days before shipping.
• Custom orders — any quantity: $35. Preparation takes 3–4 preparation days after all customization details and design approvals are received.

Preparation time is separate from shipping transit time or local delivery scheduling.

Shipping is additional. For faster delivery, choose an available expedited carrier service at checkout. Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time; this service does not guarantee an arrival date.

Pre-sale items follow their announced shipping start date. Rush preparation does not move a pre-sale release date forward. This service is an add-on to a candle purchase and does not include a candle.
